Following on from the success of my Bread & Scone Recipe Booklet, I’m very pleased to be able to bring together for you, another collection of some of my favourite recipes that I have shared with you on Facebook over the last year.

We still have a great tradition of home baking here in Northern Ireland and like our Breads, its important not to lose this skill. So, for that reason, this time, it’s all about Sweet Treats, Puddings and Cakes. Simple recipes to inspire and encourage you to make them in the comfort of your own kitchen.
